Delivery delay
Each of our jewels is delivered in its small box (made in Europe from recycled paper and paper from FSC-certified forests). If you would like gift wrapping, simply mention it in the box provided for this purpose.
Jewelry in stock is shipped within 3 working days following receipt of your order or can be collected at the workshop (Schaerbeek) (appointment required after receipt of the email confirming that your order is ready ).
Shipping cost
Deliveries for Belgium are free from 100€ of purchase and insured by Bpost in Bpack 24h with tracking number.
Below 100€, they cost 5.5€.
Deadline: 24h
Deliveries for the European Union are free from 150€ of purchase and ensured by DPD at home or Mondial Relay at the drop-off point.
Below 150€, they cost 13€ with DPD.
Lead time: 2-3 days
Returns and exchanges
I'm sorry that the jewelry you fell for is not suitable. No problem, if the jewelry is intact and purchased within 15 working days, I will exchange or refund it. You can send the jewelry back to me (at your expense) in a small cardboard box or a padded envelope to protect it well. I cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to the package during return.
